How much space will I need per tent?
Each tent takes up approximately 2.5 feet by 6 feet.
Where can I use the tents?
Tents are intended for indoor use only.
How many tents will I be charged for?
You will be charged for the package you originally request. Upon availability, you can request additional tents and bump up to the next package if necessary.
When do you need the final count?
The final tent count is required at least a week prior to your event.
What do I need to do prior to set-up?
Please move all the furniture and have a clean area ready for set-up before your scheduled delivery time.
What payment is accepted/required?
A $100 deposit is due upon booking. This doubles as a security deposit. This will go towards the total cost of your party if no damages occur to the tents, mattresses, sheets, or décor. The total payment is due on the day of set-up. If the party is cancelled for any reason, the $100 deposit is not refunded. Forms of payment: Venmo, cash, PayPal

What ages can use and enjoy Twinkle Tents?
Our mattresses are large enough for an adult, so all ages are welcome.
What is your policy on damaging tents/soiling linens?
If an item is damaged or broken, you will be charged accordingly to replace or have the item cleaned. We kindly request no smoking and/or pets on or around the setup.
What do my guests need to bring to the party?
All guests are asked to bring their own pillows, sleeping bag and/or blanket.

Where will you deliver?
Twinkle Tents will happily deliver to Shallowater, Lubbock and the surrounding towns. We will travel to Clovis, New Mexico as well. Delivery within Lubbock County is free. If you are located outside of Lubbock County, mileage will be calculated accordingly.
When will you set up the tents?
Your tents will be delivered and set up on the scheduled day of your party by 3:00 pm. Pickup is the following morning at 10:00 am. Other arrangements can be made upon request.
My child is too young for a sleepover. Can we rent tents for a day party?
Absolutely yes!! Younger children often enjoy playing in the tents or watching a movie. Tents can be delivered and picked up the same day.
